There is no guarantee that this Website will be accessible at all times, and we reserve the right to modify or even suspend the Services without any prior notice. We shall not be legally responsible if this Website is completely inaccessible at any time or for any period of time for any reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right to restrict access to some sections or the whole of this Website at any time.

This Website and or Syarikat Logam Unitrade Sdn. Bhd is not responsible for any damage and loss that may result from using other websites even if the link to such websites are provided in this Website as we do not have any control and influence over the contents and services of any other linked sites. Your usage of such websites shall be subject to terms and conditions provided in each site.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you offer to purchase a product on Syarikat Logam Unitrade Sdn. Bhd Website and it will be subject to the below-listed terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. Delivery times can vary depending on availability and subject to any delays occurring by postal delays or force majeure for which we are not liable.

Syarikat Logam Unitrade Sdn. Bhd shall not be liable or be liable or be deemed to be breach of contract by reason of any postal delay due to causes beyond Syarikat Logam Unitrade Sdn. Bhd. Bhd does not act as an agent or principal, and the contract is concluded between you and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale they provide you with. When placing an order, you undertake to ensure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the items.

The cost of international services and products can fluctuate. All advertised prices are subject to change of this sort.

1. OUR CONTRACT (PURCHASING ORDER)

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order upon purchase: this e-mail will only be an acknowledgment and shall not signify confirmation of your order. We will not enter into a contract between us until we give you confirmation via e-mail that the products you ordered have been delivered to you. Only those goods included in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.

2. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

SYARIKAT LOGAM UNITRADE SDN. BHD GUARANTEES THE AUTHENTICITY AND CRAFTMANSHIP OF ALL DISPLAYED MERCHANDISE. EACH ITEM IS INSURED AND DELIVERED WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF CARE AND ACCURACY. CUSTOMERS MAY ONLY RETURN MERCHANDISE THAT IS DEFECTIVE, VISIBLY DAMAGED, OR SHIPPED INCORRECTLY.

While Syarikat Logam Unitrade Sdn. Bhd is determined to ensure all the data, explanations and prices appearing on this website are the most accurate pricing information, there may be errors. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order with the actual price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you we will mark the order as canceled. When you cancel an already paid deal, you will be refunded in full. Additionally, shipping costs will be charged; these additional charges will be clearly displayed and included in the ‘Total Cost’ where appropriate. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may contact you for instruction to cancel or revise your order and notify you of the revision or cancellation.

3. Payments

Upon submission of your order, we conduct a standard authorization test on your payment card to ensure that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Your card will be debited upon completion of authorization. The monies earned when your card is debited shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods which you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been shipped and a confirmation email has been sent to you, the money paid as a deposit shall be used as a criterion for the value of the goods that you have purchased as stated in the confirmation email.

4. FAULTY, INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED OR DAMAGED/NON-WORKING ITEMS

If we have improperly supplied an item or if it is lost upon delivery or defective upon receipt, you can inform us of your original invoice number within 7 days of receipt on (603)7843-2828 or email quotation. We shall provide you with a return number that must be included with the returned items in the RETURNS FORM.

Syarikat Logam Unitrade Sdn. Bhd should arrange for the products to be elevated. If we are convinced of suspected defects upon inspection of said products we will either repair the goods or negotiate a refund of the goods. The actual costs of the distribution and processing are paid to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Inspections can take up to one month to complete. Syarikat Logam Unitrade Sdn. Bhd shall not be liable for any defects that are contributed by the buyer.

Inspection of the goods is recommended prior to signing for shipping. If you can see some harm for the product as broken to the package tag, please do not sign and refuse to return the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Any special indent order is not Refundable and Returnable (non-defective/damaged).

5. RETURN OF NON-FAULTY GOODS

All returned items must be unused, receipts and tax invoices must be correct and intact in original packaging and in saleable condition. All refunds will be returned in the original tender.

Cheques are fully refunded by payment transfer and credit card reimbursements have to be processed on a credit card. Under banking charges. Time restriction to return item is 7 working days from receipt of delivered goods.

6. EXCHANGE OF NON-FAULTY GOODS

  • We can provide an exchange voucher or an exchange for ‘like’ goods
  • All goods for exchange must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
  • Exchange vouchers are valid from the time of issue and are redeemable at any store. These vouchers are not redeemable for cash or Gift Cards.

7. ONLINE PURCHASES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

  • Online purchases can be returned either in-store with the tax invoice or by contacting our Customer Support team at on9enquiries@hub.unitrade.com.my.

 

8. RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on the following items:
    • Cement or cementitious products
    • Construction steel bars or industrial metal products
    • Timber, and related products
    • Selected shelf-life products
    • Special order or custom-made products
    • Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request
    • Tinted paint (if you change your mind on the colour)

    *Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each good/product may vary accordingly. At Syarikat Logam Unitrade, we take this great measure to ensure the highest quality of goods/products to all customers.
