Bhd (112575-X) (“we” or “us”) as well as all other persons connected to the use of the services or related services offered by the Website.

What we collect and store

Payments Policy

We will be sending you an official invoice to your email shortly after placing your online order. Kindly make payment into the bank account provided in the invoice. Please use your Performa Invoice No provided in your email as the payment reference. Your order will be shipped upon the funds have cleared into our account.

Delivery Policy

We would like to make our service and your shopping experience as fast and smooth as possible, so we are therefore offering a range of delivery options to ensure flexibility and convenience.

Please note that given times are based on our internal arrangements and strive to remain as accurate as possible, however, under unforeseen circumstances, please allocate a day or two for our team to get your items to your hands (subject to the condition of sale). We will always update you on its status via email. You will find the applicable delivery costs via email once we receive your enquiry order.

Metro Delivery

For Klang Valley & Selangor, deliveries are mostly done within 2-5 business days. (Orders submitted on Friday or a day before a public holiday at 5:00pm onwards will be processed on following business day).

Regional Delivery

Deliveries to other regional States outside of Klang Valley area will occur in 5-10 working days. (Orders submitted on Friday or a day before a public holiday at 5:00pm onwards will be processed on the following business day).

Products purchased will be delivered to the delivery address as specified in the order.
